- SLY & THE FAMILY STONE
- LIVE AT THE FILLMORE EAST
US US ORIGINAL / 2LP / SEALD / Between the albums "Life" and "Stand! This was recorded at the legendary Fillmore East live house in New York City over two days (four stages) on October 4 and 5, 1968, during the period between the albums "Life" and "Stand! Leader Sly Stone was still in his mid-twenties and full of youthful energy, performing his signature song "Dance to the Music" and Otis Redding's "I Can't Turn You Loose". Originally intended to be released as a live recording, it was put on hold for some reason, and was later reissued as a CD4.
